About
Starfish is a hospitality consultancy founded by three former Senior Inspectors and Assistant Editors of the Michelin Guide. The objective of our analysis and advice is to assist and enable Hotels and Restaurants to enhance and elevate their product and service, improve recognition and increase revenue.
Led by Chrisotpher Miller, Matthew O’Shanohun and Simon Parkes, Starfish offers unmatched expertise in the evaluation of hospitality businesses and then providing concise, targeted and proactive advice.
The partners have a collective experience of 20 years inspecting establishments on behalf of the Michelin Guides across Europe and Scandinavia. They all originate from within the international hospitality industry, each having over 35 years track record of management in a substantive range of operations, from multi-awarded restaurants and 5-star hotels through to high end event catering.
